Our licensed brokers will come by to meet you and set everything up.
Once we complete all the necessary paperwork and payment, your listing will be live within 48 hours.
Our listings syndicate to all the major websites, including Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and brokerages worldwide.
We'll walk you through the documentation and disclosures, to help protect you from liability.
Sign your listing documents digitally using Dotloop, even from your phone.
Metal 18 x 24 yard sign, combination lockbox, and a photo of the front of the house (required by the MLS).
Make your listing stand out by providing additional photos or videos (up to 48), custom property description, and attachments such as a Features List or HOA covenants.
Under contract? Need to change a detail or adjust the price? Hosting an Open House? We'll make changes to your listing up to once per week.
Showing Time is the scheduling service imbedded in the MLS, used by other agents to show your property. By using Showing Time, you can set scheduling limits, approve or decline showings from your phone, and have a record of who has accessed the property.
Make sure your home is clean, uncluttered, and inviting.
A competitive price can make the difference between a fast, smooth sale and a lengthy, complicated one. Take some time to research similar sales in your area so that your listing price is in the right zone.
A compelling property description makes your listing stand out! Be sure to highlight the best features of your home and location.
Your listing includes one exterior photo. Additional photos are up to you - you can take them yourself, or we can recommend some excellent local photographers. We can also link to external videos (ie. Youtube).
Phone calls, questions, and showing requests will come to you directly, and you'll be responsible for scheduling and showing the property to unrepresented (FSBO) buyers.
When you have an interested buyer, you will be negotiating on your own behalf. Some sellers find it helpful to consult a real estate attorney at this stage.
You are only "under contract" when all the documents and deposits are complete, signed by all parties, and all parties are notified. It's up to you to make sure the package is complete, and to submit all documents to the closing attorney.
If you decide you prefer a traditional listing, your fee can be applied to a full-service listing with us, or we can provide a referral - and all your details and documents - to the agent of your choice.
